Can I try your puzzles out before signing a contract?
When you sign up to begin receiving our puzzles, you are signing up for a monthly subscription which you may cancel at any time. There is no minimum contract period.
How do I receive my puzzles?
Puzzles are uploaded to our client portal on the 15th of the month prior to the publication month. For example, September’s puzzles will be uploaded on August 15th, and you may download them at any time by logging into the portal.
Can I change the layout of the puzzles to fit my publication?
We offer several different layout options (see our Samples page), which you may resize slightly if needed, but the layout itself may not be changed in any way.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do offer a discount to publishers of two or more publications – please Contact Us for rates and info.
Can I sign up to receive just the Sudoku puzzles?
Sudoku puzzles are offered only in conjunction with the crosswords; they cannot be purchased alone.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes! Our new client portal makes paying by credit card easy, and is our preferred method of payment. You may also send a check if you prefer – the mailing address will be on your monthly invoice.
What difficulty level are your puzzles?
Our crosswords are generally medium-level difficulty; the sudoku puzzles alternate between easy and medium for our weekly customers, and the monthly sudoku puzzles are usually easy level difficulty.
